These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of shieldvsssecurity.com and the products, software licenses, and services (the “Services”) offered by Shield VSS Security, a service of Veralake LLC. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Services.

2. Digital delivery

All digital products, software licenses, and license keys are delivered immediately upon purchase to the email address provided at checkout. No physical products are shipped. Professional services (consultations, reviews, advisory sessions) are scheduled within 2 business days of purchase.

3. Billing descriptor

Charges from purchases made through our checkout may appear on your bank or card statement under the billing descriptor Shield VSS Sec.

4. Products and pricing (month-to-month)

Unless otherwise noted, prices are in U.S. dollars. All software subscription licenses are billed monthly (every 30 days). There is no annual, yearly, or 3-month billing option.

  • Shield VSS Security Suite — Basic (1 device): $15.95 per month; Pro (3 devices): $29.95 per month; Family (5 devices): $39.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Virus Scanner — Single (1 device): $9.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Essential Virus Shield — Personal (1 device): $15.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Advanced Threat Defense — Standard (1 device): $29.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Private VPN Plus — Personal (3 devices): $39.95 per month; Family (6 devices): $49.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Complete Device Protection — Standard (3 devices): $59.95 per month; Premium (5 devices): $79.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Family Internet Shield — Family (5 devices): $69.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Shield VSS Family Internet Shield Extended — Extended Family (10 devices): $99.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Business Endpoint Defense — Team (10 devices): $79.95 per month; Business (25 devices): $149.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Email Sentinel — Personal (5 devices): $89.95 per month; Business (25 devices): $159.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Web Safety Suite — Standard (5 devices): $101.95 per month; Premium (10 devices): $149.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Cloud Backup Vault — Personal (3 devices): $151.25 per month; Business (up to 999 devices): $249.95 per month.
  • Shield VSS Ultimate Enterprise Defense — Enterprise (up to 999 devices): $222.22 per month.
  • Shield VSS Home Firewall Setup — starting at $89.95 one-time (network setup service).
  • Shield VSS Website Security Review — starting at $101.95 one-time (audit service).
  • Shield VSS Security Consultation — starting at $151.25 one-time (consultation service).
  • Shield VSS CTO Security Advisory — $222.22 one-time (strategy session).
  • Shield VSS Quick Security Scan — $1.00 (one-time digital diagnostic).
  • Shield VSS Scam Defense Kit — $2.95 (one-time digital guide).
  • Shield VSS Browser Privacy Cleaner — $3.95 (one-time digital download).
  • Shield VSS PC Security Checkup — $4.95 (one-time digital diagnostic).
  • Shield VSS Digital Fortress — $19.97 (one-time digital ebook).
  • Shield VSS IT Security Online Course — $219.95 one-time (online course).
  • Shield VSS Office Hours (3 Sessions) — $27 one-time (3 live office-hour sessions for course participants).
  • Shield VSS Office Hours (Single Session) — $17 one-time (1 live office-hour session for course participants).
  • Shield VSS MDR Consultation — $199.95 (one-time professional service).

5. Subscriptions, renewals, and taxes

Software subscription licenses renew automatically every 30 days at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the next billing date. By completing checkout for a subscription product, you authorize Shield VSS Security to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.

You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each recurring transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.

Prices may change on renewal; we will provide notice before any material price change. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

5.1. Monthly recurring order terms

The following terms apply to each subscription software product:

  • By placing your monthly recurring order of Shield VSS Security Suite (Basic — 1 device), you will be charged $15.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
  • By placing your monthly recurring order of Shield VSS Security Suite (Pro — 3 devices), you will be charged $29.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
  • By placing your monthly recurring order of Shield VSS Security Suite (Family — 5 devices), you will be charged $39.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
  • By placing your monthly recurring order of Shield VSS Virus Scanner, you will be charged $9.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
  • By placing your monthly recurring order of Shield VSS Essential Virus Shield, you will be charged $15.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
  • By placing your monthly recurring order of Shield VSS Advanced Threat Defense, you will be charged $29.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
  • By placing your monthly recurring order of Shield VSS Complete Device Protection (Standard — 3 devices), you will be charged $59.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
  • By placing your monthly recurring order of Shield VSS Complete Device Protection (Premium — 5 devices), you will be charged $79.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
  • By placing your monthly recurring order of Shield VSS Family Internet Shield, you will be charged $69.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.
  • By placing your monthly recurring order of Shield VSS Ultimate Enterprise Defense, you will be charged $222.22 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.

For any other subscription tier or product, the checkout page displays the exact product name and price before you submit your order using the same monthly recurring language.

5.2. Easy cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time to immediately halt future recurring charges. Visit our Easy Cancel page, email support@shieldvsssecurity.com, or call 833-404-5235.

6. Refund and cancellation policy

6.1. Refund window

Refunds are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase for eligible products and services. Contact us within that window for a full refund of your initial charge if you are not satisfied.

6.2. Subscription products

Subscription software licenses carry a 30-day full-refund guarantee on your initial subscription purchase. After the 30-day window, renewal charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel before the next billing date to stop future monthly charges. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current 30-day billing period after cancellation.

6.3. One-time purchases and services

One-time digital products and professional services also carry a 30-day full-refund guarantee from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially used.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shield VSS Security and Veralake LLC disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
